It’s flour time: The mill at Arieshof

You can stock up on noodles, bread, cakes, flour and various pasta products in our farm shop. But where do these come from? Directly from Arieshof, of course. From the grain to the end product, everything is made directly at Arieshof. To be more precise: from our own mill. Our East Tyrolean grain mill, which is made of solid wood, mills grain with the help of natural stones. The degree of fineness of flour and semolina can be determined with the integrated sieving machine. Anyone who would like to learn more about the milling process from A to Z is welcome to take a look over our shoulder.
