We don’t just run a small, exclusive holiday resort – we also practice agriculture. It is organically certified because we use resources like water consciously, avoid artificial fertilizers, and instead use our own compost to build up humus.
We work the soil only with gentle tools and thus promote and protect our beneficial organisms. These are the best thing that can happen to soil, as they make it airy and loose – the ideal foundation for plant growth. Biodiversity is not only a priority for us in a holistic sense, which benefits the ecosphere, but also plays a role in our selection: we cultivate special, old varieties and this preserve natural treasures from disappearing.
